Business Development Strategist

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Male; 25 to 30 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business and/ or Sales and Marketing
- A technocrat in strategy drafting and implementation
- Analytical and with proven track record in achieving sales target in HORECA set-up
- To escalate suggestions and solutions to Management in a timely/ weekly basis to drive strategy forward.
- Strong track record in market penetration at all levels.
- Ability to do market research and competitor analysis via CRM.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- With valid Bahrain driving license.

**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Market penetration of existing and new products with existing and new client’s identification by daily visits to the market.
- Ensure that gaps in the market are bridged and that the latest market information is available for the Management.
- Conduct customer visits to identify for new products development.
- Ensure the right pricing levels vis-à-vis competition and market requirements.
- Review customer’s feedback, implement necessary changes, and inform the Management of the same.
- Conduct market competitive analysis to develop roadmap and sales strategy to secure new business.
