Manama, Bahrain Reef Island Full time

**Payroll**:

- Processes payroll every pay period and submit it to the HR Manager & Accounts Department on every 25th of the Month for approval.
- Prepare payroll and variance reports that enlist all new additions, terminations, resignation, etc.
- Resolve employee queries.
- Ensure security, confidentiality, and integrity of personnel information are maintained at all times.

**Attendance**:

- Check the attendance daily and sends a daily report to LTC Deputy HRM & the HR Administrator about the lateness, Absenteeism, sick leaves.

**Pay slips**:

- Preparing & printing payslips for Employees.

**Cash Salaries**:

- Disbursement of cash salaries to employees who do not have bank accounts.

**Reports**:

- To help the HR Manager to maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as absenteeism rates, sick leaves rates, performance appraisals, transfers, holidays, turnover and retention, driving improvements year on year.
- Implementation and development of monthly human resource metrics and reporting.

**Cost Sheet**:

- Preparing cost sheets every six months.

**Salary Review**
- Assist in performance management processes.
- Salary Review after receiving the continuous feedback forms from the department heads entering the details in salary review along with attendance and discipline.

**Employees Relations**:

- Receive the employee complaints, suggestions, and queries and make sure they have been handled properly
- To inform department heads and supervisors on employee relations matters as well as on local laws and HR policies.

**Employees Training**:

- To assist in the preparation of a Training Plan.
- To help with the coordination of all Learning and Development courses as well as others needed to meet company objectives. This responsibility encompasses assessing training needs, recommending specific corrective actions, and implementing the steps to satisfy needs.

**Disciplinary Actions & Grievance**:

- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.

**Leave, Indemnity & Passage**:

- Submitting Leave, Indemnity, and Air Passage to the accounts department when required.

**Final Settlements**:

- Final Settlements of the separating employees.

**Others**:

- Any other additional duties as required and assigned by concern manager.

**Attributes needed for the position**
- Bachelor's degree and 5 years related experience and combination of education and experience.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, and the general public.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
- Must possess advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be highly organized and detailed oriented.
