HR Coordinator

**Job Overview**:
- Handling End to end Recruitment process of the entire company.
- Assigning duties to the Public Relation Officer (Company PRO) for visa procedures process and clearing requirements.
- Prepares offer letters, employment contracts, memorandum and announcement.
- Responsible in issuing the offer letters, Official Contracts and Job description, maintain the serial number tracker.
- Ensures that all employee files and digital records are maintained and updated.
- Coordinate with operation team regarding the deployment period & deploying them on time.
- Conducting orientation for the new employees.
- Managing Employee Structure report to full fill the employee shortages.
- Responsible for payroll and ensure timely submission after the cut off, cross check all the OT hours and approve.
- Keep the track of all appointment letter, confirmation letter, extensions letter, warning letter, memo and prepare the Leave administration accurate leave record of all staff leave and updating records accordingly.
- Monitor employee time records, collects documents justifying absences. General monthly absenteeism report.
- Full responsible for preparation of Final Settlement & Annual Leave to all employees.
- Conducting Exit interview for resigned employees, trying our best to retain best employees.
**You must be**:
- Computer savvy, proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
- Knowledgeable of Bahrain labor laws.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and record-keeping skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong decision-making skills.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: BD350.000 - BD450.000 per month
