Job Objective
Provide administrative support to stc Pay CEO and the team
Job Specifications
Collaborates with other team members and takes initiative.
Provide administrative support to stc Pay CEO including:
- Diary management
- Flight and hotel booking
- Filing
- Typing and document formatting
- Stationary ordering
- Consolidation of expenses
Provide administrative support to the stc Pay team including all tasks as listed above and:
- Visa processing
- Internal meeting coordination (invitations, room booking, refreshments, minute taking)
- Visitors management
- Call screening and responding
- Catering and arranging equipment for meetings/away days etc.
- Internal information gathering
Qualification & Experience
Secretarial qualification from a recognized institution.
3-5 years of Secretarial experience supporting a large team.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
Advanced business correspondence writing & Excellent Presentation skills
English and Arabic language skills.
Additional Information
- The position is open only for Bahraini nationals
- The monthly salary range would be from BHD500 to BHD650 + benefits
- The position will be hired through Channels (part of stc Group).
