About the Role

As an Administrative Support Officer in our Human Resources department, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of our HR team.

Main Responsibilities
  • HR Operations Management: You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of HR services, processes, and programs that support our organization's overall goals and objectives.
  • Policies and Procedures: You will propose and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that align with our organization's goals and comply with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Employee Lifecycle Processes: You will manage employee lifecycle processes, including requests for salary certificates, reference letters, employment letters, embassy letters, and more.
  • Data Management: You will ensure accurate and timely HR data management and reporting, leveraging HR information systems (HRIS) or other relevant tools.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Employee Records: You will maintain up-to-date employee records within our system, covering educational certifications, valid identifications, dependent details, marriage certification, and more.
  • Cabin Crew and Pilot Leave Requests: You will confirm Cabin Crew and Pilot leave requests and ensure information is up to date through AIMS to streamline business operations.
  • Employment Contract Renewals: You will oversee Employment Contract Renewals, ensuring accuracy and follow-up on signatures.
  • Grievance Matters: You will attend Employee Relation grievance matters to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
