Job Overview

The Client of Domo Ventures W.L.L. is seeking an experienced Aluminum Sales Lead to lead its regional sales team and drive revenue growth in the Aluminum smelting industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Regional Sales Strategies: Create and implement effective sales plans to achieve revenue targets and surpass expectations.
  • Market Research and Product Development: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales team, including performance management, training, and development.
  • Financial Planning and Reporting: Prepare and manage regional sales budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
  • Stakeholder Management: Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Chairman, CEO, CFO, Sales Managers, and Back Office team, as well as external partners, customers, suppliers, and logistic companies.

Requirements:

  • A minimum 12 years of experience in a similar sales role, preferably in Aluminum smelting, industrial products, and heavy machinery.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies, techniques, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
