About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Growth Manager to join our team at MM Brand. As a key member of our client success department, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients through exceptional after-sales services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and validate tasks/projects information from business teams/clients and feed internal projects management systems with required information in coordination with concerned departments.
  • Cordinate with Studio/New Media/Production managers to receive completed tasks/jobs/projects and submit to clients, following up with clients to get feedback and modifications if required until project completion.
  • Support team members in serving clients at the highest professional level.
  • Coordinate with Business team for needed cost proposals and with Finance team to issue due invoices according to agreements with clients.
  • Maintain systematic organization of project information, ensuring it is updated frequently and coordinated properly with Studio Manager.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Solid experience working in creative agencies.
  • Background and understanding of branding/graphic design field.
  • High customer service and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media, or Public Relations.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English languages.
