The Customer Success team at RESO is looking for a seasoned professional to join our growing team as a Strategic Account Growth Manager for APAC.

Job Description

As a Strategic Account Growth Manager for APAC, you will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies for assigned customers in the region. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Field Engineering, and Support, to identify opportunities for expansion and implement plans to achieve revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute growth strategies for assigned customers in APAC
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for expansion
  • Implement plans to achieve revenue growth
  • Serve as a customer advocate internally and influence product roadmaps, websites, documentation, processes, and people to improve customer satisfaction and retention
  • Create campaigns targeting multiple customers through digital touch-points and activities
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 5 years of work experience with a strong relation to IT and with exposure to projects related to at least one of these topics: Linux OS, data applications, storage, cloud computing, networking, security, migration, Io T
  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to guide a conversation about complex software
  • Experience building and improving internal processes while maintaining timely delivery to customer-related projects
  • A true team player capable of interacting with all departments and at all levels both internally and externally
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies
