Job Description
Become an integral part of our team as a skilled Office Coordinator. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Bahrain office, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle telephone calls by directing them to the concerned employee and addressing basic inquiries.
  • Prepare and dispatch outgoing faxes, mail, and courier parcels, while sorting incoming mail, faxes, and courier deliveries for distribution.
  • Meet and greet visitors in a professional manner, guiding them to their meeting or appointment.
  • Assist in planning and preparing meetings, events, and conference calls.
  • Arrange business trip travel arrangements and hotel bookings for employees and clients, and coordinate VIP 'meet and greet' services when necessary.
  • Manage interactions with various vendors (maintenance, supplies, etc.).
  • Process purchase requests, pay invoices, and maintain office stationery and supplies.
  • Oversee the office's petty cash and settle expenses in accordance with applicable policies and procedures.
  • Handle correspondence on behalf of the office and maintain records, as well as the office's filing system under direct management supervision.
  • Ensure legalization requests are finalized with different ministries and embassies.
  • Deliver documents to various organizations and visit ministries upon request.
  • Comply with all relevant AML/CTF rules and regulations as required in the role's conduct.
  • Complete all necessary AML/CTF training provided by the Group in a timely manner.
  • Respond promptly to AML, CTF & sanctions inquiries.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 0-2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Able to multitask and prioritize assignments and requests.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Proficient in Arabic and English.
  • Superior communication skills (written, verbal, listening).
  • Able to build partnerships and collaborate effectively within teams.
  • Identify problems and escalate complex issues to higher levels.
  • Detailed-oriented, ensuring deliverables meet high standards.
