
Sales Account Manager

**Responsibilities**
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets.
- Implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Identify emerging products, market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Learn new and existing product & services from our portfolio for effectiveness in sales process
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Contribute to Negotiation of contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
- Prepare reports on account status.
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
**Requirements & Skills**
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative, account manager or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars, and conferences.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
- CRM experience
- _**Language**_: English & Arabic (Advantage)_
- _**Geographical Experience**_: Bahrain, KSA, Oman_
- _**Driving License**_: Mandatory_
- _**Notice**_: preferable Immediate Joiners or 30 days notice_
