**Job description**:
- Ensure proper documents are supplied by agents/consignees for job files and shipping data recording.
- Enter information into the local system within set timeframes
- Dispatcher cargo arrival notifications to customers within set time frames.
- Verify supplier invoices and pass to Accounts for remittance.
- Update customer service team about clearance status and any issues.
- Coordinate with shipping lines and co-loaders for timely updates.
- Coordinate with clerk and notify principal and consignee of discrepancies.
**Requirement**:
- Excellent Communication skills Hindi and English.
- Good computer skills and time management skills.
- Minimum 6 months experience in a related role.
