**About Us**
We like to lead from the front. So, we're looking for a Duty Manager who sets their own high standards across everything from cleanliness to productivity. You'll champion our 'one team' approach to make sure you and your team deal effectively and efficiently with all guest complaints, queries and suggestions
**Your day to day**:

- **Being first point of contact for any critical emergency situations**
**What we need from you**
*** Responsibilities**:

- **Oversee the daily operations of the front desk, including check-in and check-out procedures, guest inquiries, and reservations.**
***
- **Ensure that guest needs are met and exceeded through effective communication and problem-solving skills.**
***
- **Manage and train front desk staff, including scheduling and performance evaluations.**
***
- **Ensure that all hotel policies and procedures are followed, including safety and security protocols.**
***
- **Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.**
***
- **Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial reports related to the front office operation.**
***
- **Maintain accurate records of occupancy, revenue, and expenses related to the front office operation.**
***
- **Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and facilities to ensure they are clean and well-maintained.**
***
- **Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.**
**Requirements**:
***
- **Previous experience in a similar position in the hospitality industry.**
***
- **Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.**
***
- **Ability to manage and motivate team members.**
***
- **Strong organizational and multitasking skills.**
***
- **Knowledge of hotel management software and financial reporting related to the front office operation.**
***
- **Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.**
***
- **Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field preferred.**
