**Your day to day**:
***
- **Attends to repairs and maintenance of all **kitchen equipment's & refrigeration systems.**
- **Maintains all the records related to equipment.**
***
- **Attends to pipe repairs or fitting work.**
***
- **Participates in Hotel Energy Conservation **Program.**
***
- **Ensures that the plant room, workshop and related areas are kept in a clean condition.**
***
- **Attend to all types of repair and maintenance works n the Hotel premises including any new additional/extensions to the hotel.**
***
- **Complies with Hotel's Health, Safety and Hygiene policy.**
***
- **Follow up preventive maintenance program, guest room A/C and **relate equipment.**
***
- **Performs **related duties and special projects as assigned**.**
**What we need from you**
***
- **Maintaining of **kitchen equipment's** **in a clean and presentable**
*** manner.**
***
- **Carrying out of preventive maintenance of **equipment's **and maintaining of log sheets**.**
***
- **Maintaining of cool rooms and compressors and carrying out periodic services and**
*** maintaining of records.**
***
- **Informing the Supervisor/Asst. Engineer/Chief Engineer of defects and parts required for**
*** the repairs that need to be carried out in A/C plants, chillers and freezers.**
***
- **Assisting in the reduction of energy waste and implementation of energy saving plans to**
*** the Chief engineer/Asst. **engineer**
***
- **Repairing of **cold and hot water piping networks.**
