Job Overview

Zain is seeking a highly skilled Indirect Sales Expert to join our Business Development team in Bahrain. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to establish strong relationships with dealers and drive sales growth in the assigned territory.

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned sales professional with minimum 8 years of direct or indirect sales experience, including distribution and established relationships with hypermarkets and electronic shops. As an Indirect Sales Expert, you will be responsible for promoting, selling, and securing orders from existing and prospective customers (dealers) using a variety of approaches, such as relationship-based selling.

Main Responsibilities
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business relationships with current and prospective dealers in the assigned territory/market segment.
  • Demonstrate products and services to existing/potential customers and assist them in selecting the best fit for their needs.
  • Promote, sell, and secure orders from existing and prospective customers (dealers) using a variety of approaches, such as a relationship-based approach.
  • Monitor progress towards achieving short- and long-term sales and business objectives and take necessary actions to ensure these are met.
  • Create and manage a customer value plan for existing customers, highlighting profile, share, and value opportunities.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any relevant field.
  • Minimum 8 years of direct or indirect sales experience, including distribution and established relationships with hypermarkets and electronic shops.
  • Strong language skills in Arabic, English, and Hindi.
  • MS Office skills, particularly in report creation and analysis.
  • Team management and leadership skills.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle large projects.
