**Job description**

Kemco Technologies has an opening for a Administrative Secretary who will be handling day-to-day front desk operations and office administration. We are seeking highly self-motivated and business acumen to provide secretarial support to our Executives, Technical Management, and Sales Team.

**What you’ll be responsible for**:

- Answer and direct phone calls, schedule meetings and conference call, receive and dispatch mails, and welcome guests.
- Manage office supplies and necessary repairs in the office.
- Arrange travel related bookings for the management and employees.
- Prepare correspondence and PowerPoint presentation.
- Responsible for monitoring stock inventory and liaise with concerned parties for replenishment of the products.
- Process and validate documents such as Purchase Order, Sales Order, and Invoice.
- Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, reports for Sales and Stock Inventory.
- Manage MIS including recommendations.
- Establish systematic filing system for both electronics and hard copies, and conduct backups storage when necessary.
- Maintaining databases, internal & external communication, etc.
- Provide all necessary support to Accounts and worked closely with Senior Accountant on a daily basis.
- Integrate within the office as a universal employee who is willing to help others.
- Ensure confidential information and documents are kept at utmost level.
- Coordinate with different departments, branches, onsite/ traveling employees as and when required.
- Coordinate with Freight Forwarders, Customs Handling Agents, Customs Department.
- Observe and comply with the company policies.
- Perform ad hoc tasks as and when instructed.
- Bachelor of Commerce in Business Administration or any related field (P)
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in an office environment. (E)
- Experience of being in a position of using own initiative. (E)
- Any accounting knowledge is an asset.
- English speaking. (E)
- Willingness to learn. (E)
- Former position in a secretarial role, or related experience (E)
- Exceptional filing, record keeping, and organizational competency (E)
- Advanced proficiency in managing documents and information (E)
- Exceptional interpersonal skills (E)

**Salary**: BD300.000 - BD400.000 per month
