**ADMINISTRATIVE SKILLS**
- Perform a variety of Executive support tasks that are highly confidential and sensitive.
- Coordinate arrangements, meetings and/or conferences as assigned by the CEO.
- Prepare reports, presentations and correspondence accurately and swiftly.
- Arranges travel, hotels and visas; prepares itineraries; compiles and maintains travel for CEO and other employees.
- Take dictation and write correspondence.
- Taking minutes of the meeting.
- knowledge of Sijilat, EMS LMRA and SIO.
- Compile, proofread and revise drafts of documents and reports.
- Prepare confidential and sensitive documents and give briefing to the CEO.
- Daily record keeping and filing of documents.
- Create and organize information, and generate reference tools for easy use.
- Operate and maintain office equipment.
- Manage busy calendar, meeting coordination and travel arrangements.
- Professionally greet and receive guests and clients.
- Ensure efficient and effective administrative information and assistance.

**REQUIREMENT**
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Equivalent
- 3 years of experience in an secretary/administration support role.
- Methodical thinker with detailed research proficiencies.
- Thorough understanding of clerical and secretarial principles.
- Strong knowledge of databases and tracking systems.
- Fantastic organizational skills and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Brilliant written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to perform multitask works with limited supervision
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, and business communication software.
- With Bahrain Driving License (Optional)

**Salary**: Up to BD400.000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Manama: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
