Be in constant contact with the PR Team to know about events and get the possibility to meet influential profiles. Ensure a constant inactive client reactivation to develop the existing database. Follow up with the Boutique Manager on the development of each client within the Client Development Path. Perform a minimum of 10 OTO a week, inside or outside the boutique with local clients. Attend and oversee some team members' qualitative OTO to increase cross-selling between universes of the boutique and provide closing sales coaching. Increase client loyalty in all departments with Department Managers and Sales Associate support by following up on OTO results and TO generated. Grow and upgrade clientele within the VIC, VVIC & Elite category. Propose local activities to increase customer loyalty and purchase. Demonstrate excellent product knowledge in all departments. Provide and share expertise on products and sales training to the Boutique Team. Reach and exceed your individual sales targets, developing it specifically in the asked department. Be a role model for new starters and sales consultants and comply with Christian Dior values. Profile: Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Customer service professional with luxury retail experience. Keep a positive and enthusiastic attitude. Present a professional appearance. Ability to work in a team. Pride in achieving individual targets. Flexibility and punctuality. Ability to communicate in Arabic is an advantage.
