**About Us**

Under the general direction of direct superior and within the limits of established InterContinental Hotels Group local policies and procedures, provide support and assist in achieving a high standard of documentation and record keeping across the training function and ensure Learning & Development is moving the business forward. Promotes the desired work culture around the five core values "Winning Ways" of "Do the right thing', "Show we care", "Aim Higher", "Celebrate Difference", "Work better together" of IHG and the brand ethos.

**Your day to day**:
***
- **Report directly to the Supervisor.**

***
- **Ensure cleanliness of the swimming pool (the pool water surface, surrounding areas, building plants etc...)**

***
- **Check the water and chemical reading and log it regularly**

***
- **Follow the daily checklist and procedure**
- **Assist the supervisor therapist and receptionist whenever needed relive colleagues during day off or meal breaks**

***
- **Serve the guest at the entrance talking towels for the guest to loungers and setting up with towels and side table and etc..**
- **Ensure all relevant information; reports are passed on to health club in charge.**

- **Attend and contribute to regular staff meetings and training sessions related to life guarding and first aid for development of the Club.**

***
- **Keep a close watch over the pool and pool users, exercising the appropriate level of control.**

- **Communicate effectively with the pool users and colleagues**

***
- **Participate in all health club events.**

***
- **Helps sells memberships.**

***
- **Anticipate problems and prevent accidents.**

***
- **Intervene to prevent behavior that is unsafe.**

***
- **Identify emergencies quickly and take appropriate action.**

***
- **Give immediate first aid to any casualty.**

***
- **Vacuuming and brushing the pool**.**
