Main Tasks:

  • Greeting guests and visitors upon arrival at Domo Ventures W.L.L.">
  • Redirecting visitors to the relevant personnel or offices">
  • Managing incoming phone calls, screening, and forwarding when necessary">
  • Offering accurate information through various channels">
  • Executing general clerical duties, such as filing, photocopying, etc.">
  • Collaborating with the membership team for processing and maintaining applications">
  • Demonstrating expertise in inventory management">

Necessary Qualifications:

An Associate or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a must. We prefer candidates with 3-5 years of experience in a similar position. You should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in Microsoft applications.
